Couples Therapy

Relationships can be one of the most meaningful parts of life, but they can also bring up our deepest emotional patterns. Couples often find themselves stuck in repeating cycles of misunderstanding, conflict, or emotional distance, even when both partners care deeply about one another.

In couples therapy, I help partners slow down and understand the patterns that arise between them. Drawing from Gottman-informed therapy, parts work, and somatic awareness, we explore how emotional reactions, communication styles, and past experiences influence the relationship.

This work helps couples improve communication, navigate conflict with greater understanding, and rebuild emotional connection. Over time, partners learn to respond to each other with more curiosity, empathy, and trust, creating a relationship that feels more supportive, resilient, and connected.

Vision & Life Coaching

Vision and life coaching is about aligning your daily choices with the deeper purpose of your life. Together, we’ll clarify your values, uncover your unique gifts, and create a vision that feels both grounded and expansive. From there, we’ll design actionable steps that support you in moving toward the life you want to live.

This process is guided by a spiritual lens - one that honors intuition, mindfulness, and the connection between your inner and outer world. Coaching with me is not just about achieving goals, but about cultivating a sense of meaning and flow.

You’ll leave each session with both practical strategies and a deeper connection to your authentic Self, so you can create a life that feels inspired, intentional, and aligned with your highest vision.

Therapy is one of the few places in life where you don't have to have all the answers.

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to slow down, explore what's happening beneath the surface, and better understand yourself with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply wanting to grow, our work together is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique goals.

Rather than focusing only on managing symptoms, we'll explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that have shaped the way you think, feel, and relate to others. As you develop greater self-awareness and emotional resilience, you'll begin responding to life with more confidence, clarity, and intention.

I'm accepting new clients & offer sessions online and in person. I meet with clients on weekdays and some weekends, so let's find a time that fits your needs.

I believe meaningful change happens when we understand both the mind and the body.

My approach integrates evidence-based therapies, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment theory, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation, to help you create lasting change that extends beyond our sessions.

Together, we'll build practical tools while also developing a deeper understanding of the emotional patterns that influence your relationships, reactions, and daily life. My goal is not simply to help you feel better in the moment, but to help you create meaningful, sustainable growth over time.

IFS/Parts Work

Internal Family Systems (IFS) offers a compassionate framework for understanding yourself. We all carry “parts” - inner protectors, critics, and wounded places that shape how we think, feel, and act. Instead of pushing these parts away, IFS invites us to listen, understand, and ultimately learn to love them.

Through my training from the IFS Institute, I guide clients to connect with their Self - the calm, wise, and centered presence within.

From this place, you can heal inner conflicts, shift patterns, and create more freedom in how you live and relate to others. At its heart, IFS is about learning to love all parts of yourself, and from there, leading your life with clarity, compassion, and strength.

Somatic Therapy

Somatic therapy is about coming home to your body. Stress, trauma, and unresolved experiences often live in the body as tension, fatigue, or disconnection. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and body awareness practices, I help you tune into the wisdom of your body, release what’s been held, and restore a sense of safety within.

My training in Psychosomatic Therapy allows me to support clients in recognizing the deep connection between physical sensations, emotions, and personal patterns.

By integrating body, mind, and spirit, this work cultivates resilience, calm, and a grounded presence in daily life. Somatic therapy supports you in feeling more alive, connected, and whole.
