About Me

I believe that every person has the capacity to heal, and create a life that feels more connected, meaningful, and true to who they are.

Like many of the people I work with, I know what it's like to question your worth, overthink decisions, and feel pulled between who you are and who you want to become. My own journey taught me that healing isn't about fixing what's broken; it's about understanding ourselves with compassion, letting go of patterns that no longer serve us, and learning to trust ourselves again.

That experience is what led me to become a therapist.

Today, I work with individuals and couples who want more than symptom relief. They want healthier relationships, greater emotional resilience, deeper self-understanding, and a life that feels less driven by fear and more guided by intention.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, become curious, and create meaningful change from the inside out.

My Approach to Therapy

Clients often tell me they appreciate that our sessions feel both grounding and insightful. Together we'll explore the patterns that have shaped your thoughts, emotions, and relationships; not with judgment, but with curiosity and compassion. As you begin to understand yourself in new ways, change often becomes more natural and lasting.

My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment theory, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation. I believe lasting change happens when we understand the mind and body, and when insight is paired with practical tools you can use in everyday life.

Outside of the therapy room, I'm endlessly curious about what helps people flourish. I love spending time in nature, practicing kundalini yoga, learning, and exploring the intersection of psychology, mindfulness, and personal growth. These experiences continue to shape how I show up, with presence, openness, and the belief that each person already holds the capacity for healing and growth.

This is My Why…

The name Seed to Starlight reflects what I believe about every person I work with.

A seed doesn't need to become something different; it simply needs the right conditions to grow. In many ways, we're no different. Life experiences, relationships, and challenges can sometimes leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, but they can also be growth opportunities.

I see therapy as creating those growth conditions with compassion. From this place, you can begin to shift the patterns in your life that don’t work and strengthen the patterns that do.

My role isn't to "fix" you. It's to offer a safe, supportive space where you can better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with the strengths and wisdom that have always been within you.

Growth isn't about becoming someone else. It's about becoming more fully yourself.
